Yes — check-ins are for people who already have their personalized plan. If you haven't bought the $100 Custom Plan yet, start there and add check-ins once you're a few weeks in.
After subscribing, you'll be redirected to a check-in form on this site. Fill it out — current weight, photos if you want, training compliance, nutrition, wins, struggles, questions. I'll review it and email you back within 5 business days.
Yes. There's no contract — you can cancel from your subscription email link or by emailing me anytime. You'll still have access until the end of your current billing period.
