Hi, I'm Carolina โ an ISSA certified personal trainer and online coach passionate about helping people completely transform not only their bodies, but their confidence and relationship with fitness too.
For the longest time, I was the girl who was always active, but still never truly felt confident in my body.
I did cheer and lifted throughout high school, and even though I had muscle, I always felt like it was hidden underneath stubborn fat. No matter how active I was, I constantly fluctuated around the 120s and never felt fully happy or comfortable with how I looked. I would compare myself to other girls constantly and wonder why my body never seemed to respond the way I wanted it to.
Then after studying abroad in Spain at 21, where I was drinking often, eating differently, and completely out of my normal routine, I came home at my heaviest โ around 130 pounds โ and honestly just felt defeated.
That was the moment everything changed for me.
I realized my biggest issue was never that I "wasn't trying hard enough." It was that I had no real structure or consistency behind what I was doing.
I was doing way too much cardio, constantly guessing with nutrition, not tracking calories, and starting over every single week instead of actually following a sustainable plan long enough for my body to respond.

Once I finally learned how to properly balance lifting, nutrition, calories, protein, cardio, recovery, and consistency together, my body transformed completely.
I went from feeling uncomfortable and stuck in my own body to becoming the leanest, healthiest, and most confident version of myself at 104 pounds โ without starving myself or doing anything extreme.
But more importantly, my relationship with food and fitness became healthier than it had ever been before.
Fitness stopped feeling like punishment. I learned how to create balance, structure, and sustainability while still enjoying my life.
That's exactly why I became a coach.
I know what it feels like to work hard and still feel lost. I know what it feels like to feel uncomfortable in your own body. And I know how overwhelming social media and fitness advice can be when everyone is telling you something different.
My goal is to help girls and guys who feel exactly how I once felt finally stop guessing and start building a body โ and confidence โ they genuinely feel proud of.
My coaching is extremely personalized because I know there is no "one size fits all" approach. Every plan I create is built around your body, your goals, your lifestyle, and your schedule so you can create results that are realistic and sustainable long term.
And because I'm both ISSA certified and someone who has personally gone through this transformation myself, I combine science-backed training and nutrition with real-life experience and understanding.
